Rio Parker was born in the year of 2001 in a middle class family in India. His father Peter Parker was a small time broker in Delhi. In his childhood Rio saw his father always working so hard for making ends meet. Their little family faced poverty during India-Pakistan war. Rio wanted to be like his father and earn money to become rich someday. One day his father got fired from his job because someone framed him accusing of stealing money and documents. Rio's father got arrested and locked up in prison. Now its up to Rio to run his family, to feed his mom and his little cat. Little Rio could not finish his School and started working as a contractor worker in building site. After five years of hard working he got chance to complete his degress and becoming graduated officially. Rio wanted to be a police officer so he applied and became a Police Inspector at Delhi Police. One day Rio heard his father passed away in Prison due to low food consumption and health issues. Rio left his job in Delhi and moved to Los Santos, California with his mother. Rio started dating an american girl here and about to get married but he needed a lot of money to maintain his family here. He joined Los Santos Police Department and got started his career again in LS.
Career Story :
After joining LSPD Rio saw that his world became much bigger than he thought. He experienced crime in new level, he saw drug dealers, molesters and local criminals roaming around the LS freely. This state broke Rio from the inside. One day in a secret mission Rio encountered a drug dealer who is a millionare and he told Rio his story that he made this money by selling drugs only. He offered bribe to Rio and Rio happily accepted that for releasing him from custody. Rio saw opportunity in this bribe business, he can earn twice money that his actual salary. Rio's girlfriend was forcing him to marry sooner so Rio was feeling helpless and concerned, then he started working with gangsters. Gangsters gave him information about their rival gang and in exchange Rio got huge amount of cash and deal to release them at all cost. Rio was happy earning too much illegal money and also his career was boosting up because of his activity in the department. Finally Rio became rich and married his love, also he was successful to make his mother happy too by giving her the luxurious life he always wanted to give her. But Internal Affairs noticed something is going dark on Rio's ledger so they started investigation on him. But Rio was very clever, he threaten those officers that he will kill their family if they does not back off from investigation. Rio's life was going good like this forever and he was happy doing dirty works because he was greedy for money and fortune.
