All in the POV. He mentioned that he was going to combat log and that he will see me later. So it is not a head pop. And if you think I am going to get a punishment for mixing and power gaming in here Approved - Powergaming + Mixing | 2430 . The car for me was a surprise as no one really stays in the middle of the road so I would think to keep on going and once I saw him from a far I started to break then I hit his car slightly then he proceeds to escalade the situation by car ramming me several times in a row with me staying still in the car so that is when I decide to pull him over for just questioning and nothing else. I said micspam as my bodycam aswell as my dashcam have a mic and that can deteriorate with a lot of loud noise like mics do overtime. As it is not a OOC term or at least I did not mean it to be. Yes I aimed a taser at him and gave him a demand to put his hands up and he just went into the car and didnt comply which would be Fear RP. Supposedly there wasn't enough time for him but he had enough time to get into the car and get a hammer? 
And if you watch my POV you will see that the door was wide open for me and I had a clear shot with the taser as he was failing to comply with me. Then when I tase him I cuff him and when I cuff him for me it showed him on the floor then right when I cuffed him it skipped animation and he just jumped instantly which doesn't make much sense as once you get tased you are a little disoriented to the fact you got 50,000-volt pulse to your body. Then after I cuffed him I took his arms and grabbed with announcing it. He still had his hammer in his hand as he was hacking it with me. And I grabbed him while he was walking while I was right behind him giving me enough space to grab him easily as he is not running. Then while I am reading his rights he then announces that he will combat log "Ok sir at this state of time I will be combat logging I will see you later sir. Goodbye Sir." Then he leaves. That is when I know his head did not pop or internet went out or anything else went out as he announced and told me. He also failed RP as he started to whack me with a hammer repeatedly. With POV proof ofc. When I cuffed him in my POV he didnt have a weapon on my screen meaning he somehow pulled it out while I had him cuffed.
