Dear Harry
I am the deputy of the family Dead Souls and on 9th May we defeated Assassin family in fam war. But everyone's pov was fine but one of our fam member wasn't aware that he has to start his POV before entering the fam war so he started his POV when the match was started. So Because of that reason he got ban for 30 days. And today I saw that our family has been disqualified because of this reason.

But as far I know the family only gets disqualified when 2 or more members failed to provide their POV's but in our case all of our POV's were provided just 1 member started his POV because of lack of knowledge so why we got disqualified?? Rather than that everything was perfect so I its kinda biased decision to let assassins family win because of media fam.

As per rules, everybody has to provide full event POV, not aware of this is not a reason here to consider.
Incase of anyone failure on providing POV leads to disqualify.
In this case, your family got diqualified because of full POV was not provided.
Again mentioning, NOT AWARE is not a reason to consider.
Moreover, there will not be any partialities to anyone in any case.​
