421717 issued me a fine of 50k without recognizing my name or passport.
He claims he used a radar but then they said the radar was in his vehicle.
I have an anti-radar installed on my car so theres no way he can get my license plate.

Can he show proof of him using the radar to get my license plate?

He also fined me the incorrect amount of 50k while the other officer said the fine was 25k.

IC issue, also anti radar is helpful with engine blocks, they can still know your license plate obviously since its shown.
