I was doing my normal patrol in the city, and then I saw someone committing a crime. After that, I first handcuffed him, then patched him up and put him in the car.
I was going to take him to DOC, but he was talking all the time and disturbing me, so I asked for first 50k, then 20k, then 10k.
I released him without paying and he was not wanted. I was going to attend the Media Event that would be held later.
I received a warning just as attendance was being taken.
However, without a Corruption bio, I could ask for a maximum of 100k.
