2 .: Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
2.1. : To build a powerful gang in the city. After many experiences in gangs and illegal things, I will make a management myself and take the city under my hand and we want to dominate the ghetto in the city.
2.2 : Families needs to be more than just another gang, we need to be the most powerful gang anywhere in the city. As leader, I will focus on building our image through proper gang attire, events, heists, and making our power felt in the city. Whether it's by dominating the ghetto, showing up at events, or gaining respect through dominance and power, we will become a gang that everyone recognises. My goal is to get the Families to the top of the criminal hierarchy and keep us there to take over the city.
2.3 : I want to lead in a way that benefits every member in the gang, not just me. This means giving people real opportunities to rise through the ranks, earn money, and have fun in roleplaying games. I will create training systems for new recruits, reward loyalty and skill, and make sure everyone in the gang feels supported. We will function as a brotherhood and loyalty will be earned and respected. When people join the Families under my leadership, they will not just be joining a gang, they will be joining with a vision, a goal and a plan, and they will be publicising their power.
3. Your advice to improve the level of Roleplay in the organisation.
To improve the level of roleplay in Families I will firstly make the environment of the gang like a gang and I will also hire OGs who not only know and respect the rules but also follow them properly. i will also host events regularly and do many gang events like graffiti, gun shop robbery, 24/7 robbery and many more events. i will also set ranks according to the responsibilities of the respected person and lastly i will teach all the members of Families the server rules and do everything to make sure they don't make mistakes on the server
Recruit only experienced, rule-abiding players.
Host regular RP events (graffiti wars, store takeovers, block parties).
Assign ranks based on merit, loyalty, and contribution.
Teach server rules and advanced RP techniques to new members.
Hold weekly family meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Engage in meaningful RP with rival gangs—not just shootouts.
