Rejected IP Blocked | Adham Pluxury

Dear Respected Admin,
Today i was put a Forum because When i try to log in into the city i see my in the Screen Showing "Your Ip Blocked" and when i put Forum is was rejected i don't know why i also got a Forum Warning i don't know why.
And the Ban Date is showing 16/09/2024 and time 13:17 but i don't know how to today i was banned and showing past date.
i am just requesting to know why i was banned i recently rejoin the server and got banned at least tell me what is my mistake i never ever use any kind of application that make me a unfair player between other but i punished i request to take a look on this matter if any mistake done by me i am really sorry about it.
i am ready for further investigation so please take a look on this matter.
