1. Leader of the National Guard.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. I have the experience from the previous terms that i joined the National Guard. Especially the last term as I was Colonel of NG. I know what is good and what is bad for National Guard. And I believe with the ideas I have and with the things I can do I can make NG the best ORG in the city, mainly in term of RP.
2.2. I've been part of mostly all the divisions inside NG on my whole journey. Being in Recruitment, BSF, Airforce, and Military Police. And I know how most of these divisions work and what they need. So, with that knowledge I have I must be capable of tracking every single division and improving what can be improved with the help of each head of team I have. So, with all of that I have!! I can do major improvements with plans I have for each single division in NG. I will take good care of them with Deputies help with me as a high command in the organization and we will build these departments together and make them start operating as soon as we can.
2.2. being previously in National Guards I know people hate standing on gates for hours but in my leadership there will be better bonuses and also motivation to work. I will like to make a system where people will work for 2 hours each at gates by that people will not get bored and also give them chances to go to city and help other organisations with there missions. I aim to be an example of leaders who run the organisation by spirit. I will prevent favouritism in org and also make sure every member of the organisation no matter the rank will keep discipline and respect eachother and form a better and remarkable organisation.
3 Advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:
3.1. For gate keeping I would like to create an environment where people will not get bored while staying in gates as we know people hate gate keeping I would like to do a break system where some people (even hc) will be on standby and if someone wants to take a break from the gatekeeping he can switch with someone and also better bonus system so they can get what they really deserves
3.2. National Guard is the army, and Army means numbers!! So, the first thing I will be focusing on is getting numbers as much as I can. cause from my experience, numbers is the biggest strength in the city. We can see this in gangs when a gang is on its best form, you can find like 100 members active during the day!! and no ORGs can stop them at this point!! Doing this will improve our defense against gang raids, random FZ attacks, and supporting ammo runs. So, if I want to make the army strong and fill my divisions as I mentioned. My main key is numbers!!!
3.3 . I'll accomplish this my making sure that each and every officer will be doing something like events or responding to locals and global and not be just roaming around HQ. Also if something goes bad then we would be having a warning system which will take place when something goes out of the hand and they can get a demotion ,warn or kick.
