Life Story -
Calvin was born in Oman into a really poor family. They barely had any money, and some days they didn't even eat. At 17 he got sick of living like that and decided it was time to change something. He robbed a small local store. It worked out better than expected, and he made some fast cash. After that he started hanging out with real gangsters and he made some gang connections, and one of them taught him how to steal cars. He wanted to try it so he stole an old beat up car just to test things out. It went super smooth. Felt like a dream easy cash! A few months later, he planned a bigger job. He got three of his friends together and they decided to steal a really expensive car. But it all went wrong the owner saw them and called the cops. A wild chase started, and during it, one of his best friends got hit by a cop car and died. Calvin barely made it out alive. By then he had money and sent some back home to help his family but the pain of losing his friend hit hard. He blamed the criminal life and decided he was done with it. He got a fake identity and moved wanting to start fresh. That’s when he joined the Federal Investigation Bureau.
Career Story -
His first days in the Federal Investigation Bureau went pretty well Calvin was finally living a life that felt somewhat right. The pay was decent better than anything he’d ever seen growing up and he made sure to send a portion of it back to his struggling family in the Oman. Arresting criminals gave him a strange sense of satisfaction like he was slowly making up for all the damage he had caused in his past. He kept working really hard and stayed focused. Over time he joined different departments took on more difficult cases and quickly started climbing the ranks. His name started to be really respected in the SAU department. People respected him, however no matter how far he rose the memory of his best friend’s death always lingered in the back of his mind. That loss never really left him. One day everything changed someone from Calvin his old gang days showed up in Los Santos. They met up , spoke and that’s when the truth came out the cop who had run over and killed his best friend was working in the FIB too. Calvin could not take it anymore he contacted a few gang members he knew and paid them to take the guy out. Every attempt failed frustrated and furious, Calvin decided he would do it himself one way or another.
Outcomes -
1) Calvin can take bribes from 10-15 (Limited to 100k)
2) Calvin can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to show his id
3) Calvin can add or remove people from the wanted list and remove previous reasons for being arrested.
4) Calvin can arrest someone by putting fake charges if he don't like them (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
5) Calvin can engage in any criminal activity such as ghetto clap, robbing and pickpocketing(not in actual criminal events (e.g. store robbery)
6) Calvin can use illegal weapons on duty and can sell and buy them on/off duty from someone or black market(not org gears)
7) Calvin on duty can take away illegal or legal stuff from 10-15 instead of confiscation
