I’ve spent years cleaning up the mess the system refuses to fix. Now I’m done following orders from cowards in suits who hide behind their badges. As leader of Los Vagos, I call the shots. No more bureaucracy, no more red tape — just raw power and real control over the streets I used to patrol.
I as a leader want to turn the Weak into WarriorsThe police system chews up good people and spits them out broken. I’ve seen too many strong men fall because they followed the rules. In Los Vagos, I’ll build an army out of the forgotten, the angry, and the underestimated. I’ll lead them with fire, not fear. Loyalty isn’t demanded — it’s earned in blood.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Every member must develop a strong backstory where they came from, what drives them, and why they ride with Vagos. Once that’s built, stick to it. No out-of-character behavior in serious RP scenes. We’re gangsters, not clowns in yellow jerseys. Stay in character or stay out.
Quality Over Quantity in Interactions:
We don’t just shoot and run. We build tension, create stories. A robbery isn't just a grab it's a message. A turf war isn’t just gunplay it’s drama, betrayal, and pride. Push players to think before they act, use dialogue, body language, and emotes to deepen every scene.
Create a tiered RP training system. New members get tested before becoming full Vagos. I don't want any warnings on the gang in my leadership Regular RP workshops or mock scenarios will keep the crew sharp. If someone breaks character or lowers the bar, they’re out. Our rep depends on excellence no exceptions.
