why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have been in this city for a long time and have experienced many different things and have earned my spot as high ranks in different organizations including both state organizations and on the crime side such as obtaining leader positions multiple times which has helped me evolve as a role player and has taught me new things, ways, and strategies about the roleplay side of the game. I have been on the RP side for about a year and a half or maybe more and I believe now is the time to try something new and have a fresh start by applying to join the Administration team. I believe that the knowledge I have of the city and its rules can help me out to do my job very well to the best of my ability with maximum effort when I am doing my tasks!
I would like to join the team because I want to contribute into making this server better than it already is and by helping others as an admin to make sure rule breaks are not occurring on this server.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
My positions on the crime side:
Ballas - Leader and deputy leader
Bloods - Deputy 2 times.
Families - Leader
Marabunta - Leader
My positions on the state side:
FIB: Chief of Staff
GOV: Chief of Staff, State Attorney
SAHP: Chief of Staff
LSPD: Chief of Staff
NG: 2nd Lieutenant
3. What are your strengths?
I have good problem solving skills and I can solve problems under tense situations.
4. What are your weaknesses?
The only weakness that I can think of right now being impatience, but I am very rarely impatient.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have good skills in strategizing with others with proper communication and am able to work well as a team and with partners. I am a creative person and I can think of and come up with new events and ideas for events. I also have a good and positive mindset which can be help to reduce stress and to get work done more efficiently.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I do not own a business at this time.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
There are no IRL issues or any problems currently that are stopping me from being active.

I am an optimistic person and I really look forward to becoming an admin if accepted and I also look forward to learning new things!
