2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
1) Leading Vagos to dominate:
My main goal is to turn Vagos into one of the most powerful and respected gangs on the amazing city of Grand RP. I want to create a strong team that controls territories, is strategic, and keeps a serious presence in the city. With the right leadership and dedication, I believe Vagos can dominate everyone in all events.
2) Previous gang experience and vision for growth:
I have experience in gangs, which means, I understand how to manage people, solve issues and keep the gang active. I know what it is to organize events and to participate in them. My goal includes growing the gang through recruiting new members and enforcing loyalty so that every member feels like a part of the gang.
3) Building a loyal community:
My leadership is based on respect, fairness, and communication. I want to create a gang where every member feels heard and valued, where we all work together to reach our goals. I’ll focus on regular activities, RP scenarios, and keeping things fun while maintaining the gang’s fearsome reputation. I want people to see the Vagos tag and know they’re dealing with a serious, united group that doesn’t back down.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As I said earlier, my goal is to create a serious, respected gang where every action has purpose. I will make sure each one of our members can use the /me, /do, /try commands and use them properly. The usage of those chat commands would really improve the level of RP for example: while robbing somebody. I plan on recruiting high commands with lots of experience, so the gang will always be on top and unbeatable for the whole term.

• 100% Turf.
• Proper usage of RP commands.
• Dominating ghetto.
