2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1/3 - i've always wanted to be a leader of a gang as ive started my journey as a gang member in the city with my past experience and my connections ill be able to run the gang smoothly.
2/3 - under my leadership i want the gang to be the number one gang in the city from numbers in events to activity i want my gang members to have fun while following all the rules and regulations of the city.
3/3 - in my term ill try to have the maximum numbers possible in all type of events like clands..hostage situation..stores and will also focus on winning them and creating new situations for other legal and illegal organisations to create a better experience in the city
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
no favouritism - there will be no favouritism in my term everyone will get a rank they deserve
new roleplay situations - there must be new roleplay situations for the other orgs for example making the way of negotiation fun and collaborated hostage situations etc
good bonus system - there will be a great bonus system for all the members of the gang which will encourage them to participate in more and more events and bonuses will be paid time to time
