2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1)Being a leader allows me to bring the Vagos together under a unified vision. I want to gain trust, loyalty, and a strong bond between members so we operate like a real family, where everyone looks out for each other and has a role to play.2)As leader, I aim to expand the Vagos’ territory, business, and respect on the streets and maybe even get 100% territory. That means building strategic alliances, handling conflicts wisely, and running operations that increase our presence and reputation without bringing unnecessary heat.3)Leadership is about more than power it's about responsibility. I want to show what it means to represent the Vagos with pride, discipline, and honor. By setting a strong example, I can guide others to grow into capable and respected members. I've been in the city for a long time and i know how to get everyone together.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Don’t focus just on shootouts build RP tension through diplomacy, threats, surveillance, and psychological warfare.
Why it matters: Conflict becomes much more memorable and rewarding when it has story buildup, consequences, and aftermath.
Advice: Host occasional IC training sessions on things like gang etiquette, realistic criminal behavior, or negotiation tactics.
Why it helps: Not everyone starts at the same level this raises the floor for everyone’s RP and sets a clear standard for how Vagos operates.
Focus on meaningful interactions rather than rushing events or shootouts.
