2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I have been very fond to Lifeinvaders from the very beginning of my Grand rp career. I have experience of 2 cities i.e. en2 and en3 in LI and also saw many differences in both cities. I have worked in mostly every department of LI and i know what and how it works. I think my experience make me eligible for the leadership. I know how important is LI for the city and how it helps and contribute in the RP. Experience of 2 cities and their leader's pros and cons will help me to make my term the best term. I have been as DHoD of Journalism and Creative at a time in en2.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

LI is org of 24/7 as EMS and we need to make the org active for all time. i am having a lot of ideas to improve roleplay i will do the following according to department

1. Ads team:
Most crucial department help people to advertise their items and help in money rotating of city. Need maximum people so we can do ads 24/7 and help the citizens. The employees will be hired according to their timezone for the smooth work. I would like to decrease this department promotion requirement as it is too high comparatively to the incoming of ads.

2. Journalism team:
This department is literally very fond to me as i started my journey through this department. I will hire active people with more creativity and will tell my employees to make videos too not only articles and on ground reporting too.

3. Creative team:
Creative department needs a lot of employees so the services they are providing can go smoothly as mostly they have a high pressure as i see.


My Goals for the TERM
1. I will host various events so the ORG should be online most of the time in my term.
2. Reducing the pressure of ADS team
3. No toxicity
