2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
1) Leading Vagos to greatness:
My main goal is to turn the Los Santos Vagos gang into one of the most powerful gangs in the amazing city of Grand RP. I want to have a strong team of gangsters that control territories and to be feared of everyone in the city. With the right leadership and the dedication that I will give, I believe Vagos will dominate everyone in all events.
2) Previous gang experience:
I have experience in gangs and crime, which means that I know how to manage people, solve issues and keep the gang active aswell. I know what it takes to organize events and participating in them is also one of my goals. During my term in Vagos, I will grow the gang by recruiting lots of new members and having a great high command team.
3) Building a loyal community:
My leadership will be based on respect and communication. I want to have a gang where every member feels heard and respected, where we all work together to reach our goals. I’ll focus on all of the gang events, keeping things fun while maintaining the gang’s fearsome reputation. I want people to see the Vagos name and know that they’re dealing with a feared and well-connected group of gangsters, and not guys who fight eachother.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My goal is to have a serious and respected gang where every member serves his purpose. I will make sure each one of our members can use the /me, /do, /try commands and use them properly. The usage of those chat commands would really improve the level of RP in my opinion. I plan on recruiting high commands with lots of experience, so the gang will always be on top. I also plan on recruiting top level shooters and turfers, so that we can have every situation under control.

• 100% Turf.
• Proper usage of RP commands.
