2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? (List three reason with explanation)
2.1 -I would like to display my decade of experience in the field of illegal organizations, and I want to make good communication with my gang member, and want to make it powerful and respectful gang in the whole city, so i decided to lead a gang and i will do my best to improve my gang, I think I can take the role as leader with my term making sure things are working the way it should be. I will right to have good environment . I have been high command in Leos max rank was cos, and HC in every gang that help me to running my term,By handling these roles i have learned alot about the city and have earned a name in the city .i always touch with leaders in some term i learned from that.
2.2 -the 2nd most important reason is that I know how to manage people very well, so I want to be a good gang leader and I want to take the management in my hands, I care about quality, I care about rp, I want to achieve not only power but also long-term success in gang leadership.
2.3 - My goals are simple make Bloods the best out of all the other gangs in the city by attending all gang events, creating hostage situations, robbing people, doing Store Robberies, doing Gun Store Robberies, doing NG Raids, making every single other gang and leo's in city be scared of Vagos. I believe that with the knowledge that I have now I can become a leader. If I get selected as Leader, I promise that I will show respect to everyone and not be bias. I will give everyone a chance, despite their history and everyone will be welcome to my gang. UNLESS they don't know the basic server rules.i have lot of friend who are leader of fam. i sure they come with all members for my term.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. By giving bonus we can invite stranger that will increase activity.
2. Hiring more people: Inviting multiple people from aliens families can increase RP.
3. Only Experienced Inviting people who have knowledge about server and rule can prevent us from org warns so org with low warns is the best org.
4. Commanding in the absence of leader so choosing perfect 4 deputies can increase strong and confidence/perfect RP.
5. RP commands will increase quality of Role Play of each individual so automatically increase RP.
