1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?:
I want to become an admin because I have done everything on the server and it is time to give back. I have learned so much while playing in this city. I have owned a juice shop, become deputy of a gang, and made my way up the ranks on the legal side of the orgs too. I also have made so many friends here on Grand RP and have so many connections and good relationships with people. I feel like as an admin I can help new people fall in love with Grand RP just as I did and share those memories and moments I have made with them. Also as admin, I will be able to help enforce the rules and continue to strengthen role play in the server making the experience for everyone better.

- I'm good at remaining neutral and handle conflicts professionally
- I'm good at communication and problem-solving skills
- I am fast to respond in discord
- I'm also great at making friendships and making everyone feel included.
- I sometimes focus too much on details, which can slow down decision-making, but I can can try to improve and be better with working on the fly.
