Hello, during today's PC check, they asked to see the files I had downloaded. While I was showing the files and they were on my screen, my screen froze and didn’t recover at all I had to restart my PC. Just as I was about to continue the PC check after rebooting, I got banned for "deceiving and cheats." But I have never used cheats, or have I ever been around people who use them. Could you please give me another chance for a PC check? Even if I don't get unbanned, I want it to be clear that I wasn't cheating. Thank you.
