1. Experience Across Organizations
When I joined the Grand RP server, I saw my friends they are working for LEO, they are doing lot of stuffs, but as a newbie I had to do small works. From that thing I always wanted to join the law enforcement organization. But my first journey as a LEO units started from LSPD as High Command Rank (Mors Cullen Term). Then I moved to NG as lieutenant colonel (Charaf Pssika term). During (Nitin Agarwal's term) I actually found the most critical issues within the NG. After that I joined FIB as 21 Rank (Omar satan term), GOV as USSS Agent in (Ava's Term) and after that again I joined NG as Chief of Staff (28 Rank) of HR where I see lots of ups and downs. These experiences helped me to understand and also taught me how to handle critical situations and lead my units in a good manner. Now, I want to utilize my skills in the NG. For example, as Chief of Staff of the Human Resource Department in NG, I learned how to take interviews , hire new units and train new units from scratch to prove through a strict and friendly way and run my organization flawlessly. Now I want to bring this same power and more motivation by working in the General role.
2.
Inside the NG there are many things that can bring the success of the organization. I must say it was really a great opportunities for me that, I have had the chance to be a part of two the departments while I was in NG, and I realize their importance's. Ensuring that these departments are led by the best individuals will greatly impact NG's overall outcome. Also, establishing strong bonding's with other organizations is key for our triumph, as like we provide ammo to them while they also help us protect our NG base.
3.
In the end, I would like to use this opportunity to strengthen my abilities and enhance NG's reputation as the city's highly regarded law enforcement agency.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- Suggestions for raising the organization's qualification of role play: I will Put my Units at gates to inquire about citizens' reasons for being there and to ensure adherence to the base protection protocol and the recruitment process in its entirety.
- The importance of RP inside the NG organization will be emphasized through the use of radio codes. While I am in charge of NG, units will receive training on how to remember and apply these codes.
- It is essential to establish strong relationships with all organizations and collaborate with them on various activities, such as those with FIB. FIB plays a vital role in the city, and fostering a solid relationship with them will benefit both parties. Establishing strong bonding's with other organizations is key for our triumph.
- I will create a Quick Response Team for any terrorist encounters in the city, this unit will ensure the safety of all the citizens and organizations any critical situation.
- When it comes to allocating ranks and hiring new units, I aim to eradicate nepotism and favoritism in the NG. My recruiting judgments will be based on the candidates' interview performance and experience.
1. Human Resource Division - One of the most important divisions in our law enforcement agency in NG is the human resources department. Since it is in charge of employing the real units and grooming them to grow into the greatest units they can be, this department needs to operate efficiently.
2. Black Ops Brigade - The Black ops brigade is one of the most important division in NG as they take part on the most critical and hard mission to recover intel and fight with the goons to save our citizens. I would like to turn this division into one of the most powerful unit in National Guard through a transparency and hard training. Also utilizing high skills mentors to train the unit from scratch to pro, besides we will use special vehicle to do all the rescue mission and for intel collection.
3. Air Force Division - Having an aerial division is essential for maintaining the safety of our base by gathering critical intelligence on gang positions. Additionally, making sure that all Air Force units utilize the correct radio calls will enhance the roleplay experience within this department.
4. Military Police Division - This department will conduct routine inspections to guarantee that all soldiers are operating at their optimal level. For instance, these inspections encompass license checks, background checks, and trunk inspections. So my plan is to turn this department as strict and friendly for our internal units, so they follow the rules and regulations and be a good citizen in the city.
