2A strong organization begins with a strong foundation—its people. To ensure consistent growth and maintain a solid force, I plan to implement a recruitment strategy that includes scheduled mass recruitments at least twice a week. This will help us build a well-rounded and active team, ready to serve and excel.

Every NG member must have a solid understanding of both city rules and organizational protocols. By doing so, we will maintain discipline, professionalism, and a high standard within the organization.
Improving roleplay in the National Guard starts with creating an environment where every member feels involved, challenged, and valued. It’s not just about completing tasks—it’s about turning those tasks into immersive, realistic scenarios that push members to think and act like real military personnel. First, we need to make roleplay a core part of daily operations. That means adding structure to activities like patrols, checkpoints, and training—ensuring they aren’t just routine, but full of purpose and interaction. Members should always know the “why” behind what they’re doing. Second, we’ll introduce regular, creative events—like coordinated military drills, joint operations with other orgs, and scenario-based missions. These keep things fresh and allow members to develop their characters and decision-making under pressure. Lastly, strong roleplay thrives in a positive, motivated team. Reward systems, clear rules, and consistent leadership help members stay engaged. When people enjoy the experience and see progress, they naturally raise their level of roleplay—and that’s when the whole organization benefits.

-This Department will keep check on people, does the patrolling on base to look out for any illegal activities and will be guarding the gates while looking out for people doing FZ Raid.
Air Force
-This Department has people with good pilot skills so they can scout the base from above.
Human Resource
-This Department will look out for the people who wants to join, hire them and give them training from basics.
