2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I've been deputy director in FIB 5 times, I've been deputy sheriff twice and I think I'm ready for the challenge of becoming a Leader.
- Since my arrival in the city, I've been working as a LEO in various organizations which brings good knowledge of how legal organizations should work and make our city safer.
- I think me, as a Director who would bring a good team of LEOs to FIB and we will try our best to attend every event with good numbers and Ill make sure that my department is active, attending all events, no toxicity, favourtism would be allowed and together we will make the city a safer place for citizens.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
A. I'll make sure that everyone is following chain of command, using proper RP commands, doing proper RP in events and aren't breaking rules that would ruin RP completely in that certain situation.
B. I will introduce a good bonus and promotion system to motivate and keep my agents working and active. The bonus system in my term will be as written below.

C. I'll make sure that my agents are available by dividing teams into two shifts day and night including agents and high commands to make sure the city will never see a day of crime because of agents throughout the city 24/7.
D. Implementing proper RP commands for agents at every event to enhance RP and enjoyment of it.
E. And finally, let’s start with the departments and how I can improve the departments and give them freedom so they can work the best they can and enjoy RP as the term goes on.
Human Resources (HR):
Human Resources (HR) plays a important role from day 1 to the last day. No one else will will able take interviews or hire anymore in the organization without approval from HR despite their position in the organization. Human Resources will be responsible for making sure that new hires request roles, logs, taking interviews, training new hires and they will ensure that the goodwill and needs of our agents will be fulfilled. They will also handle all promotions based on the performance of a individual and their commitment to the organization.
Internal Affairs (IA):
Internal Affairs most organizations depend on this department to make sure that the integrity of the organization is well-kept and not harmed, Most organizations depend on trustworthy and honest employees. Internal Affairs will make sure that all agents have clear backgrounds by checking them daily. Have their filled by performing log checks or activity checks, make sure that agents have their licenses up to date and do trunk inspections to prevent any corruption inside of the organization, they will also do regularly to avoid any corruption. To sum it up, they will make that no one will hurt the integrity or reputation of the organization.
Special Operation Division:
Spec ops will always be first responders to every event, their main focus will be to respond to all events on time making sure to bring the maximum agents with them to events such as, Store Robberies, Subs and etc.
Criminal Investigation Department (CID):
The duty of a CID Agent is broad and can include various responsibilities such as:
