Life Story:
Rafsan Araf was born in the year of 2002 in a middle class family in Bangladesh.He was the only son of his parents. From his childhood he dreamed to join the army.In his childhood he was so serious in BNCC (Bangladesh National Cadet Corps).He was so serious in his life to become a part of army.He was excellent in studies and he was good in laws as well.After his studies,he got chance in army for his excellent strength and past experience.He joined there as a cadet but later on he managed to get a very good rank there.He was the most respected comrade in his barrack.As always,good times does not remain for a long time.One of his rival named Kaliya wanted to achieve the rank by removing Rafsan from his rank.So,at a night of rains, Rafsan and his wife was having a good time in their home.At that time,Kaliya and his hired gangsters broke into house of Rafsan.They took a video of Rafsan and his wife having a good time.Rather of killing, he shared his video in internet to make Rafsan gradually down.After seeing all Rafsan's wife did sucide.This made Rafsan fully emotionally broken and he killed Kaliya infront of people after that day and ran off.Rafsan did plastic surgery and fly off to the new destination,Los Santos!
Career Story :
Rafsan new life story started after reaching to the lands of Los Santos.He was totally new in the city but time after time he learnt everything.He was making decisions to do some thing so he applied for LSPD there.From his past,he had no wish in his life but he had only one wish which was to gain more power.So,for his great knowledge and physical fitness,he got the chance to LSPD as a cadet.He did the fastest training over there and everyone impressed by him but Rafsan still have the urge to be powerful.Rafsan hard work proof the high commands that he deserve promotions and he became the deputy head of swat in the blink of time as he had a great physical fitness and the skills he gained in the life before.He was gaining power day by day and respect as he was a great officer.By 3 months,he became the chief of staff there which is the most powerful rank there in department basis.But he was not enoungh with that,He wanted to start a cartel where he can make a strong team and rule the city by remaining as a ghost.To run a cartel,he saw that he needs way to much money and illegal stuffs.So,after that when ever he gets a suspect he ask for money of illegal items he had.He use this money and illegal stuffs for his cartel.He goes so down that he arrest people from black market just for carrying a gun.But doing this he had now made a powerful cartel and living a undercover luxurious life.
1 - Rafsan can take bribes. (up to 100k and illegal items on the suspect)
2 - Rafsan can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3- Rafsan can smash and break bodycams. (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
4- Rafsan can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
5- Rafsan can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some foreigners that he feels sad for them or for saving himself from supeona. ( no targeting or PG)
6- Rafsan can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
7- Rafsan can fly a helicopter in a dangerous maneuvers and drive a 4X4 or 2 doors car OFF-road (keep in mind not to UB flying and driving)
8- Rafsan can Start Random prison breaks with USB to let his close ones escape from prison or Let His Friends take inside USB and Start a Prison Break. (1 time a day)
9- Rafsan can torture/interrogate/ unconscious someone for getting information or money
