2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Ever since I’ve started my RP life I’ve dedicated it to Organization like the LSPD & FIB I don’t have a leader experience but I’ve served 6-8 terms in FIB as a chief of staff and I can assure you that I have more experience then any other leader of any org.
2. If I get the term i can assure you that with my skills i will offer you a smooth term with effective operations & investigation without any rule break.
3. I have an immensely talented group of people willing to work with me to help me achieve my goal of a successful term with very few complaints. A good team which is dedicated to pass knowledge to the next people in line for leadership is very crucial to my way of leadership.
3 your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
1 To Protect Citizens and Uphold Justice with Integrity: Ensure FIB agents uphold highest ethical standards, transparency, and accountability in all investigations, Prioritize victim support and witness protection programs to rebuild trust between citizens and law enforcement, making sure that justice is being served without favoritism.
2 To Reduce Crime Rates and Improve Quality of Life: giving out regular bonuses and promotions to the hardworking agents so they can show dedication and loyalty towards their work so the rate of crimes reduce in the city and citizens can live a peaceful life.
3 Not promoting any favoritism : I will make sure that there is no favoritism in my term no agent will get high ranks because of favoritism I will make sure that every agent gets the rank that they deserve and are worthy off.
