Dear Lebron Pluxury I am writing a complaint for my friend who was banned from your site (https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/837092/),the admins of the RS server rejected that appeal, so they corrected it because of your decision,my question is, can he get a second chance like everyone else who got a second chance, only he didn't ?
everyone got a second chance for constantly breaking the rules except him and on his behalf I apologize and it will not happen again that he breaks any rules on the server.
