Hello dear admins,

I received a 30-day ban because I forgot to upload the POV. Later, for reasons I don't know, my ban was changed to GR 1.4. I have never made a mistake that would deserve a permanent ban throughout my entire time on Grand. I kindly ask the esteemed admins to reset my penalty and lift my ban.
