1. Why I want to be the leader of National Guard?
- Past Experience:-

- Relations with the Leos - These all days in my entire career of GrandRP, have met many leos, several soldiers and made great teams, lead them, made great friends, and now I wanna have this step forward to lead an army. Get full support and help from the leos side, and in short, let the city know, what National Guard is.
- Appreciating successors - After being in National Guard for over 6 terms, have seen several talents who want to grow, show their skills, and achieve something. We gonna give them that push, keep them motivated and I hope so they get good opportunities and be good leaders in future.

2. Play it Fair and Square :-
- Rankings based on capabilities - In these 6 terms and being working alongside NG being Leos, have seen many young talents wanting to show their skills but get suppressed by the likes of favoritism and friendship, which leads them leaving and we losing good soldiers. In my term, it would be completely work based rankings and will get what they deserve based on their leading, bonding and working skills.
- Follow the Rules - Being NG as my starting org, I am a born soldier in this city and I totally abide by the rules and also make people go by it to run a successful term, with zero hindrance.

3. Departments :-
- Human Resources (HR) - The pillar of hiring talents into the org based on their working, leading and bonding skills, the HR is one of the most responsible depts amongst all. And their leads will be chose accordingly.
- Military Police / Internal Affairs (MP/IA) - The dept to maintain discipline, peace and zero rule breaks, the Military Police Internal Affairs also plays a key role to run the term with proper dedication and hardwork with completely abiding by the rules.
- Air Force (AF) - The key dept to keep our airways clean and notify us for any early gang activities, the pilots are born to fly and dedicate their life to greatness. They will make a solid team with the other soldiers and leos to have best teaming and help against all crimes. Our moto is ;-
"Think Big, Fly High, Achieve Your Goals, Reach The Sky"
- Specialized Armed Support Division (SASD) - Most importantly to support the leos alongside them in or out of cities, our Special forces will be having crazy leads, carrying maximum numbers to every single battles and aquiring best results. This team is born to fight and will sacrifice their lives protecting the city...
Overall All Departments will require proper leaders to lead them and to guide every single member in them to help our term go well and make this the best term of all.
