Lincoln Wittmann Was born in Eastern Europe. he was a Mechanic at his father garage, he has always been an honest mechanic with calm and peaceful mind, but when he turned older and bought his first car, his life changed.
By the age of 23, Lincoln was involved in a car accident and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
due to Lincoln's physical capabilities, mental strength, and strong morale, a secret organization offered him a place in a covert special forces unit that handled the government's dirty work. When his mother died of a stroke and his father died from alcohol intoxication, after 5.3 years of hellish jail time, Lincoln had to accept the offer in exchange for freedom from jail
once a good young guy turned into a psychopath killer for money. he had nobody in life, no friends, no family.
after a few years, the political situation in Lincoln's country changed, he had to escape or otherwise, his past was about to be investigated.
Career Story :
After Lincoln left his country and migrated to the USA, Los Santos, he was all alone, he had no idea where to go, but he saw a man with his car he was trying to fix the engine, Lincoln reminded his childhood and old skills of mechanics, even if he was a changed man, somewhere on the inside, he was still a kind person, he decided to help this man.
the man appeared to be the Chief of Police of Los Santos.
Lincoln spoke to the man after he fixed his car, said he wanted a job really much. Lincoln had to lie him about his Jail time and he just told him, he was in special forces.
so Lincoln was offered to be in LSPD - he happily accepted. because of his old skills, it wasn't hard for him at all.
now Lincoln works in the LSPD, but he's using his previous black life, shadowed job skills and develops more money. also he's very popular in the whole L.S - for gangs and for LEOs as well.
Outcome:
1. Lincoln can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe, (100$K max in total if money or items together).
2. Lincoln can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification to anyone (including his passport and licenses)
3. Lincoln Can add or remove someone from the wanted list for money or arrest for any fake charge if he doesn't get paid
