Dear Bobby and Floki,
I hope you’re both doing well.
I’m reaching out to respectfully raise a concern regarding a recent forum decision made by Stefano Castillo concerning a report I submitted for a potential violation of General Rule 6.15.
As stated clearly in the Grand RP rulebook, "When outside the ghetto, you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example, issue them demands, and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds, you may shoot." In my case, the response from Stefano Castillo acknowledged that demands were issued to "pull over," and therefore considered the situation as valid roleplay initiation.
While I respect the decision, I am confused about how this interpretation aligns with the rulebook, which requires meaningful roleplay engagement before initiating gunfire, not simply issuing a pull-over command — especially when no clear threat or escalation has occurred.
Furthermore, I came across another forum post submitted by Abo Saif, Click here Forum Forum Link also involving a police officer, where demands to pull over were issued. In that scenario, the reported party opened fire after the demands, and the forum was approved as a valid violation of Gen Rule 6.15. This seems quite similar to my case, yet the outcomes are different. This inconsistency is concerning, particularly as it involves a senior administrator.
I trust the Grand RP administrative team and appreciate the work done to maintain a fair and immersive RP environment. However, I respectfully request a fair review and further clarification regarding the handling of these reports. Consistency is essential for us as players to understand how the rules are enforced and to maintain trust in the system.
Please consider revisiting my forum post and providing clarification so I, and others, can better align with the expectations of the project
Thank you for your time, and I appreciate your attention to this matter.
