San Andreas National Guard [NG]
The National Guard is the backbone of the city. We supply all the Legal Organizations with their Weapons, Ammunition and Armor. We protect our base from regular intruders that wish to steal our ammunition. We patrol the areas of Blaine County in armored vehicles assisting the SAHP with clearing the highways of criminals. We respond to Global requests for help from the other Organizations. We regularly get involved with special missions and assist FIB take down criminal gangs and enterprises. We gather information and supply that information to the other organizations to which they can use as evidence. We regularly patrol the ghetto area and take down people that wish to wreak havoc on the civilians there. We have special forces regiments ready to go. We are ready to respond no matter the time of day. We host regular events for the people to get involved with. And much more!
Recruitment
We regularly recruit people into the National Guard, whether they are new to the city or want a change in career. You can enquire here.
In the National Guard, we have had many leaders, recruits and built careers for a lot of people in the city. In my first term alone, we saw the rise of a future General, FIB director and Chief of Police, all gathered in one photo. We welcome anyone and everyone into the National Guard with open arms. The National Guard is like a big family and no matter how long you stay away, people always end up finding their way back to us.
Benefits
We are the only organization in the city that offers regular bonuses, free weapons licenses, free health insurance, free driving licenses and free air transport licenses. These are all paid for by the organization using an expenses or bursary system.
We offer a wider range of weaponry to our personnel, thanks to our defence contract with an Ammunation store owner. Those include Revolvers, Ammo, Special Carbines, Thompson Machine Guns and more.
Our operating hours are mainly 12:00-00:30. This means you will have time to do other things during your employment. You are free to leave the base outside of our operating hours and go and boost your skills in part time jobs.
We have a free to use Arena on base. This allows you to touch up on your shooting skills and is open 24/7 to all personnel.
We have a fuel and charging station inside the base which is free to use for all personnel whether you are on or off duty, in a personal or National Guard vehicle. It is free at all times as long as you are employed by the National Guard.
Stable career path. As long as you put in the time and effort, you can shoot up our ranks and earn a place in our top spots. This can then be used to get a job elsewhere or you can stay and your pay will increase with each rank.
Divisions
We have 4 divisions in the National Guard. Within those divisions are our regiments. They are the following:
Recruitment and Retention - Under this division is the two regiments "Recruitment" and "Military Police". If is R&R's job to recruit, train and keep up the standards of the National Guard personnel as well as make sure that nothing goes wrong and rectify it if it does. The MPs also go out looking for people that have gone AWOL and bring them to military court for a hearing.
Homeland Security - A new division to the National Guard which houses our "IAA" and "US Marshals" Regiments. Their job is to gather intelligence, collaborate with LSPD, SAHP and FIB to gather information on people, gangs and mischievous families and bring them to justice. They patrol our Economic Influence Zone and keep an eye on what is going on in and around our base. The US Marshals can also be utilized to transport criminals back and forth from DOC and Court.
Special Forces - Under this Division is the "Combat Rescue Medics" and "Green Berets" regiments. The CRMs jobs are to ensure we are all fit and healthy, providing medical support to troops and folk in need. The Green Berets are our in house Special Operations unit which have authorization to deploy to situations where the best of the best is required to secure a scene.
Air National Guard - Keeping the National Guard in the skies. Their job is to ensure our pilots are fully trained and that all personnel are combat ready to deploy by parachuting down onto targets. They provide a unique advantage by allowing quick transportation of a large group of response teams to any situation.
