In the reported situation, I clearly communicated that there was no FL present and called an admin to handle the matter appropriately. I acted in good faith and followed the proper procedure by informing the relevant authorities instead of taking any action myself. Given this, I do not understand how this incident was interpreted as mixing or deserving of punishment.
I respectfully request that the higher administration reviews the situation again and considers removing the punishment issued against me. I am confident that a fair review will show that I followed the correct process and acted within the rules.
