Two years ago i was playing on very low specs notebook. I played with my friend, he had fast car. And I had very slow hdd, and textures were not loading correctly. It made it seem like I was teleporting. It was unreal to play, so i decided to buy normal specs notebook at one day and continue playing. This day came, and now I'm getting this ban. Sorry for this late post. I hope you will help me. Id i don't know. The name is probably Churchill_Winston, but improbably it may be Winston_Churchill. Thanks.
