Hello dear Napal Fedorov,​

Unfortunately, I no longer remember the ID or the name associated with this account.

I was banned 1 year and 3 months ago due to the anti-cheat system, and I honestly don’t remember exactly what happened. I believe I might have been banned by the anti-cheat because I was possibly switching weapons repeatedly in the ARENA (weapon switching), which may have triggered the system.

I hope we can resolve this, as I would really like to be unbanned.
