Approved CR + RDM I 167209 & 148762

Driving on the highway and these guys seem to have tried to block it. Don't know if they were trying to rob people but no demands were ever given. They never said stop or pull over they just rammed me and were shooting at me.


At the 0:44 mark in video you can see 167209 shooting at me
After the shooting you can see many instances of 148762 doing CR
