Hello Dear Admin

I was never banned on my twink account before. I recently returned to the game after a long break and started playing again, but I was suddenly banned on my twink for the same reason as my main account. I'm not sure why Kevin banned me, as I have never shared my account with anyone else.

Could you please recheck the situation?
