Why would you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
-- I've enjoyed my experience in RP as a working EMS and have learned a lot about the server's systems, policies, and so forth such as fair play. Now that I'm prepared to transition into a more mature role where I can help maintain order, serve as a helper to new players, and help aid in growing the server, I'd like to be able to give back to the community by being able to provide a fun and rule-based experience for all.
What are your strengths?
* Effective communication
* Problem-solving ability and patience
* Familiarity with the server rules and RP situations
* Pressure handling experience and conflict resolution
* Proficient in multiple languages, which is useful for interacting with players of different backgrounds
What are your weaknesses?
-- I overthink decisions too much, especially while trying to be completely fair. That said, I'm getting better at trusting my instincts more and firmly making balanced decisions.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
* Strong understanding of RP mechanics and server dynamics
* Prior leadership experience in EMS and organized gameplay
* Friendly, patient, and professional attitude in all situations
* Technically skilled with web development and online tool experience
* Reliability and availability in activity

Is there any IRL issue or circumstance keeping you from activity presently or ever in the near future?
-- Yes, currently I have some Issue in IRL which is Part time job. Which I do in BST 6:00 to 11:00.

-- I'm dedicated to keeping the server fun and fair. I've been a consistent and rule-abiding player, and I always attempt to improve myself and help out others. I'm open to learning and growing with the admin staff, as well as helping out the server's long-term aspirations.
