FearRP I said stay dont move but when i try shave his head he moved away from me 2 time also were pointing gun

Fail rp wearing blaclava when his hands up

Fear RP Tazing us when were pointing gun, hes wearing blaclava not following my deamds and Mixing saying EZ GOV 4 time

After reviewing this thoroughly, I have decided to reject this report for the following reasons. But please bear in mind, we will still be speaking to ALL ORGS regarding this situation and we will go from their.

1. Shaving the head was not something I had allowed gang members to do in this event. Its an illegal action still in a GZ (despite the GZ being removed),
The action shouldn't of been started in the first place without consulting with the Event team admins (in this situation bloods were aware that the gang members in white were the staff team on the ground keeping an eye on hostages)

2. Its not FailRP to wear the balaclava,

3. Fear RP is evident,

4. Bloods should NOT of taken this many hostages without communication with event staff.,
Too many hostages (which in game Jessica Odd's resolved by releasing as soon as possible)
