Dear Grand RP Administration,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing not to appeal my ban directly, but to formally request a thorough and fair investigation into the circumstances surrounding it. I would like to challenge the decision made by the administration, as I strongly believe my ban under General Rule 1.9 (Tax Evasion) was unjust.
Prior to the ban, I had just begun my role as the Leader of the Families Gang, and it was only my second successful day in this position. I understand and fully respect that, upon being appointed to a leadership role, the administration reviews a player's past activities. I want to emphasize that since receiving this role, I have conducted myself within the rules and have not engaged in any activities that would warrant disciplinary action.
The reason given for the ban was tax evasion, related to a house transaction involving House Number 644. I sold this property for $3,000,000, having original state value of $120,000. On the same day, I received $2,000,000 from the same player, who is a friend of mine. This amount was not connected to the house sale, but was a separate, personal transaction. To my understanding, this does not violate any Grand RP rules, including Gen Rule 1.9.
If my intent was to avoid taxes, I would not have accepted the amount in a clear and traceable transaction, nor used it for an in-game feature such as family creation. I am confident that my actions remained within the rules and that no abuse of the game’s economy took place.
Additionally, my friend (ID: 50976) was also banned for the same reason. We believe that our transaction history does not reflect any intention or attempt to exploit the tax system or evade in-game mechanics unfairly.
I respectfully request that you re-review this case and verify the transaction logs. If the ban is upheld, I kindly ask for a detailed explanation specifying exactly what part of our actions was considered tax evasion according to the rules. This will help us better understand the system and ensure full compliance in the future.
I have faith in the fairness and transparency of the Grand RP administration and await your response and clarification.
