Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

In the POV the family insult wont considered as OOC insult. This person was only insulting the in-game family members so its not OOC.
however,
Player ID 5809 will still receive a punishment for General Rules 6.8
-It is restricted to do any amoral actions in relation to an unconscious person(e.g. spitting, sexual animations and etc)​
