Hello Boby,

I genuinely didn’t know that my mistake would result in a permanent ban. I sincerely ask if there is any way my main account ban could be reduced to 60 days, or if the ban could be lifted in exchange for deleting my in-game currency or items.

I'm speaking from the heart — I truly regret what I did and I promise it won’t happen again. Please, I kindly ask you to reconsider and lift this permanent ban.
