2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. LSPD was one of my first experience where I got to know about most of the thing and it was the first ORG in which I was given a chance to represent myself as a HIGH COMMAND, it not only give me external Knowledge but made me a bit familiar with Curator section. I have served in every Legal ORG Now and Currently working in SAHP as High Command Managing HR Department. I worked in SAHP where I got basic knowledge about Legal orgs and I started my journey there then further on moving I joined LSPD where I started gaining attention and experience as an High Command.


2. Not only my experience but my patience towards becoming a leader is my motive to become a Leader and LSPD gave me a chance to represent myself in the History of Chief's. I always wanted to become a Leader to test my skills of leading others within my Department and lead all the people Properly without any major flaw. With this motive I want to serve people of Los Santos ensuring safe and secure Place. While serving as High Command in LSPD I made mistakes but I ensured that those mistakes weren't repeated. I will make sure that Same goes within my term We will help others and give them chance to become a better and Responsible LEO as they have several responsibilities while on Duty.

3. The Major Reason for becoming the Leader of LSPD is that I have faced several circumstances which gave enough sense of humor to Lead my ORG and Guide other to improve their Life with in RP. I will ensure that within my leadership no one is degraded instead everyone will follow punctuality and strictness during any situation, I will ensure myself that within my term none of our officer is head back because of their mistake but will help them to improve their experience with serving Los Santos Police Department.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. I will ensure that in our Term none of New recruits are left untrained and I will assign some personnel for their guidance and training ensuring justice among all recruits.
2. I will ensure a new Promotion Ceremony method in which me with every leader will represent our Officer which have done well in the week and were the most active. I will personally go and talk with all leaders that we will assign Promotion together at discussed time at Certain Location Based on Discussed with The Leaders. In this Ceremony every Organization would have chance to show their Officers and Employees to Increase their Confidence and Cheer them Up in front of the Whole City, We will have Public as our Audience and The representatives of The Promoted Recruit will be the leader or the Deputies.
3. I will create Couple of Departments which will Help to decrease the Work Load on Individuals and ensure Organized environment.

The Departments are as Follows:​
Human Resource(HR): Whose Work will be to HIRE, TRAIN, Promote/Demote people and also Train new recruits.
Specialized Weapons and Tactics(SWAT): Swat are specialized units which will respond to every criminal activity as fast as Possible and will try to resolve it.
Traffic Enforcement & Patrol Units(TEPU): Their Work will be to Patrol and give fines to the Vehicles which are Illegaly parked and they will be towed.
Internal Affairs(IA): Their work will be to ensure that the Officers are Working accordingly and will ensure proper surveillance of every unit and Guides them according to their Need.
Public Relations(PR): Their Work will be to make LSPD Engaging ORG by Holding Multiple Events to Attract people and Guides the Civilians.
Criminal Investigation Department(CID): Their work will be to take proofs of gang activity and send them to FIB agents so that they can take actions against them.
