2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 I've been working at the LSPD for almost a year now and have gained a lot of valuable experience during this time. Through my position as COS, I've already taken on leadership responsibilities and learned how to successfully lead a large organization. I really enjoy working at the LSPD, and I want to use the knowledge and experience I've gained to continue leading the LSPD as a strong and effective organization. My goal is to further optimize the structures, strengthen the team, and ensure fair and professional policing in the city.For me, the security of our state and the upholding of the law are not just professional obligations, but deeply rooted values that I always uphold. At a time when the challenges facing our society are more diverse than ever, my goal is to set an example and actively contribute to the state's order.I am passionate about ensuring that all people in our state are treated with respect and dignity. By treating each other with order and respect, we can strengthen trust in our government organizations and create a safe environment for everyone.

2.2 With my extensive experience in leading organizations, my background as an active member of the police community, and my time as Commander at the SAHP, I have the skills needed to achieve this goal. I've learned how important it is to create a strong community where every member feels heard and actively participates. This is exactly what I want to implement at the LSPD: open, transparent leadership where everyone has a say, combined with a clear sense of purpose that drives us forward as an organization.My goal is to shape the LSPD into a true city police force—an organization that not only works effectively but also collaborates with other organizations to create a safer and better city for everyone. I see the enormous potential of this force and am ready to fully realize this potential with hard work, passion, and a clear focus on police quality. The LSPD should not just be a police force, but a place where team spirit and professionalism go hand in hand. I am determined to make this vision a reality.

2.3 I'm applying for Chief of Police because I spent a long time with the Los Santos Police Department, and I would love to take on the role of a leader. I've already headed the UnderCover department and the HR&SWAT at the Los Santos Police Department, I was leading CID, and I was leading STF in the FIB. I was able to gain a lot of experience and leadership skills in state organizations. I have a lot of ideas about how to move the Los Santos Police Department forward and how I can prove myself to be a good leader. On top of that, there are a few things in the PD right now that I'm not so enthusiastic about, and I'd like to put those right.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 30+ Units patrolling , every units know how to arrest. Another focus is on professionalizing our police officers. I plan to introduce a structured training system that goes beyond mere duties: scenario training for complex situations such as negotiations or pursuits, workshops for creative problem-solving, and regular feedback sessions. Our officers should not only follow instructions but also independently create RP opportunities, for example through spontaneous traffic campaigns or investigations involving other players.

3.2 My ultimate goal is to make the LSPD the benchmark for roleplay quality in the city—an organization that commands respect for consistently delivering high-quality, immersive RP. I want to create an environment where police officers can develop their skills, pursue career paths, and actively shape the city. The LSPD should not just be a department, but a catalyst for exciting, collaborative storytelling that benefits all players.

3.3 We're here to stop and disrupt criminals, illegal parkers, and criminal organizations. We're passionate about chasing criminals and trying to build a good reputation for our organization. This will make us popular with newcomers to the profession, or even lure back veterans, and thus grow our business.Roleplay has been improved, as there are more opportunities to advance within the LSPD and you can now become a member of five divisions (see concept), making the LSPD more fun.

4. Divisions

4.1 UC : UnderCover Department

The UC members will go to patrolling to collect evidences. We are aiming to have at least 5 valid evidence per day.


4.2 HR&T : Human Resources & Traning

This department is hiring peoples and train them.

4.3 IA : Internal Affairs

This department is checking officers asking bodycams etc.


4.4 S.W.A.T : Special Weapons and Tactics

The S.W.A.T department will make special tactics in case of hostage , store rob etc.


4.5 PE : Parking Enforcement

Conducting checkpoints and handling illegal parkings.
