There was a heated argument happening between two people because of a fight that happened earlier in ghetto, I didn't catch the first part of their conversation but decided to watch the rest of the situation. At 0:41 in pov1, ID 165328 says "cheater" in non-rp chat in a green zone, provoking and instigating the situation more. I told him that if he suspected or was convinced that someone was using cheats then he should go talk to someone about it - when I said "someone", i was implying he should go talk to an admin about it or report it and not instigate more of an argument by bringing OOC topics like the use of cheats in an RP situation. He starts talking on the mic at 1:55 in pov1, he points me out and talks about how i would step out into the red zone and back up ID 253439,which is again him going back into the RP situation. At 2:19, he again says "or cheat" in chat and says "either one" over mic, implying either I'd go out to help him kill his friend or that he's using cheats. I repeat myself to him once again, to go and prove that people are cheating by reporting it instead of provoking and targeting the situation further. He ignores the statement and the other two continue with their situation when he says in non-rp chat again, "If he do he cheating". The conversation continues and he again provokes and says "he ban on gov lmao"
In pov2, an admin had intervened in the situation, ID 165328 starts by saying "constantly over here provoking people, talking nasty.." when that wasn't the situation and I wasn't able to catch the other part of what he said as the other player started talking - but the reality is that he had been provoking in non-rp chat the entire time they were having an argument. At 1:21, he also says "They were fighting, I was just sitting here" deceiving the admin under the impression that he was not involved or helped provoke the situation more. I decided to make a forum as the admin that intervened told us to sort it out the proper way or just separate. I told the admin in chat what he was doing and he responded saying "if i was doing that, make sure you got bodycam and go post that shit" followed by "make sure you do that cause you're deceiving" which you can see im not, he then chooses to still be toxic after the admin intervened and left, calling me names like "stupido" and things like "youre as useless as a potato", which I believe was him OOC insulting me, I didn't understand what he said so asked him to repeat (which he did at 2:05) and he said "mute" then muted me which would fall under fail rp if this was an RP situation, which im unsure at this point if it is or not since hes been mixing the entire time and an admin had showed up already. I don't think it's fair to be targeting and provoking people then pretending like you didn't say anything at all when an admin is called, followed by being toxic, ooc insulting and muting people only to continue to talk crap after.
