Iam writing to apologize for the reason for my recent 7-day ban under rule GR 3.1
All the same, I wish to mention that the comments were during a friendly, personal chat between me and my close friend. We were simply joking and did not intend to offend anyone or cause any commotion. I now see how what we said may have been misunderstood on the outside, and I take blame for not being watchful enough about our language in a public setting.
I do appreciate the ruling issued, but I would like to respectfully question whether it is possible to reverse the 7-day ban and instead consider reducing it to a mute of 180 minutes instead. I assure you this was a learning experience, and I'll be much more careful in the future with how things are taken, intent notwithstanding.
