2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?​

(i) To Maintain the Legacy and Win Turf Season:
I want to continue the powerful legacy of Ballas and ensure we remain the most dominant gang in the ghetto. My aim is to lead Ballas to victory by achieving 100% turf and building a fear and respect across the Ghetto. With proper commitment, and daily activities I am confident in achieving this.

(ii) To Introduce a Fair and Motivational Bonus System:
Many gangs fail to reward their members properly. Under my leadership, the Ballas gang will implement a transparent and motivating bonus system. Deserving players will receive appropriate payouts based on their performance, encouraging them to stay active, loyal, and stay engaged in gang activities.

(iii) To Create a Strong, Disciplined, and Active Gang:
I will recruit experienced deputies and well trained members who understand server rules and gang responsibilities Wisely. Our gang will stay active during both day and night shifts, ensuring constant presence. I aim to build a welcoming environment for newbies and ensure they are taught rules and RP properly, forming a disciplined and united gang.

I will appoint time-based deputies to ensure 24/7 gang activities.

Every gang member will be strictly informed to follow RP rules otherwise their wrong actions will lead to several punishments.

We will improve the quality of RP during events like Hostage Situations, Store Robberies, and Gun Store Robberies, etc.....

We will never rob the same store or location twice in a row to maintain RP.

The gang will participate actively in all server events – Turfs, Capture, Battleships, Clands, and FZ Raids.

I will implement strict notoxicity rules and both IC and OOC behavior.

I will aim for 100% turf coverage, with regular graffities.
