Seeing the work of all organizations. I feel Iam capable of leading LSPD. I know all expectations and regulations of LEO organizations and I am willing to demonstrate that I am capable of achieving those expectations. LSPD has so many ways to create new roads for players. We can Create new divisions that will create new positions for people to learn and run divisions. Making sure that we are always learning together and getting better each and every day. I personally want to create things that haven’t been done before. Will Make Sure No Toxicity Will Be There And I will always prioritize professionalism in the organization. I will make sure that my employees are professional in every situation with the citizens and with the state employees. I want to improve the Roleplay experience in the organization by making it immersive and engaging. I'll encourage everyone to stay in character and create rich backstories that make interactions more authentic.
