Ans ) Since I have been in this city for some time now. I have gained experience of most of the LEO organization. I have worked in LSPD,SAHP,GOV,NG and have achieved good ranks there. Seeing the work of all organizations. I feel Iam capable of leading LSPD. I know all expectations and regulations of LEO organizations and I am willing to demonstrate that I am capable of achieving those expectations. I also have very good leader traits and I believe Ican lead LSPD with complete concentration and Keep the city crime free ...


LSPD has so many ways to create new roads for players. We can Create new divisions that will create new positions for people to learn and run divisions. Making sure that we are always learning together and getting better each and every day. I personally want to create things that haven’t been done before. I want to lead LSPD into the future and once again make LEOs the greatest...



Lastly I have have already planned some new changes , rank system and pr events so it can make the term more smooth and better.


3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.


Will Make Sure No Toxicity Will Be There And I will always prioritize professionalism in the organization. I will make sure that my employees are professional in every situation with the citizens and with the state employees. I want to improve the Roleplay experience in the organization by making it immersive and engaging. I'll encourage everyone to stay in character and create rich backstories that make interactions more authentic.
