2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First, I have enough experience and growth within the organisation to successfully lead it to its next steps. It’s already been over a year since I joined LifeInvader. I had an amazing experience going from an Ads Intern to a Deputy Leader, spending most of my time as Head of the Ads Department (as well as HOD of other departments). I’ve made over 56,000 ads, I’ve grown with this organization, and learned the value of teamwork, responsibility, and leadership.

Secondly, this organisation has been more than a workplace for me, it’s a second home. We work together to overcome every problem, and it’s in my best interests to help this organisation achieve even more than it already has. We have worked hard over the last few terms to make this organisation better, and I would like to continue and maintain this work from a leading position.

Last but not least, I strongly believe good leadership comes hand in hand with having a good team to have your back. So I want to build a strong High Command team, with supported and well-trained employees. HODs and DHODs are the backbone of the organisation, as I have seen firsthand from my experience in these positions, so focusing on their training will bring LifeInvader closer to the citizens as well, with exciting events, diverse news, and top-quality customer service.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
  • ADs Department: Since the ADs Department operates 24/7 and plays a vital role, I will ensure we have enough AD editors scheduled for both day and night shifts. This will help us edit ads quickly and accurately, so citizens won't have to wait long to have their ads published.
  • Events Department: The Events Department is all about creating fun and engaging experiences for citizens. I will make sure to increase the department's budget so we can host more exciting events, offer better rewards, and encourage more people to participate in our events. This way, LifeInvader events will be something everyone looks forward to.
  • News Department: A very important but often overlooked department that needs experienced and well-trained employees. I will establish a new reward system and encourage active use of LifeInvader’s resources to produce fresh and interesting news that will follow the city’s life.
  • IA and HR Departments: Two very important departments for the internal function of the organisation, responsible for hiring and training of new employees. Experienced HODs and DHODs will be placed responsible for these departments to make sure the whole organisation runs smoothly and without troubles.
  • Ticket Services: I will ensure we have enough managers available during both day and night shifts to handle tickets efficiently. This will help clients receive quick and helpful responses. Providing excellent service keeps people satisfied and increases the likelihood that they will continue using LifeInvader's services. This way the organisation’s budget will increase and allow us to fund each department accordingly.
