Background
Peterr Smoke was raised in Moscow, Russia, under the strict rules that came with his family’s military service. Even as a child, he felt strongly about justice, order and tactical actions. After completing school in Russia and a short military career, Peterr moved to Los Santos hoping for a fresh start.
The Los Santos Police Department was the first to welcome him and shortly after, people started to recognize him as a diligent and effective officer. As years passed, he began flying helicopters for the FIB and was also involved in undercover work in gang matters. Having fought, interviewed and made urgent choices made him useful to every division he was a part of.
Last year, Peterr moved to the Department of Justice and is now serving as the Supreme Court Judge Judge (SCJ). Because of his knowledge and fieldwork, he appears reliable and capable while standing in court. Though strongly devoted to justice, Peterr still assists his family with Money activities in a private, professional manner , peterr also has been District Attorney and Federal Attorney in his career when he wanted a break from government but then at the end of the day he came back to his 2nd home which was the capitol building
