so i made a ticket asking for a SENIOR admin to tp to me cuz i had some questions regarding my social club acc which only a senior admin can help me with to which an admin who wasnt a senior admin replied to my ticket and said ask here when i clearly mentioned it was something i can not ask in the admin tickets as it contains my personal information to which another admin responded and so i asked him to let a senior admin respond to my ticket cuz he can not help me with it even if he wants to, which i dont think was disrespectful even after all this all the admins continue to ignore what the real issue was to begin with, i do not have the screenshot to it as i was banned so i couldnt access the messages anymore. all i said was "yall are crazy, you dont help" everytime i made an admin ticket its either they do not respond or they just respond with ask here, admins take 20 mins to respond to a ticket but they hve time to go play music at beach market and host a party when people are posting ticket to ask for help, ive been posting tickets about the same issue since last 3-4 days i guess, but i didnt get a proper respond/help to it for even once.
again all i said was "yall are crazy, you dont help" to which the admin banned me for 14 days? even if he thought that was a DISRESPECT 14 day ban isnt justified i meant no disrespect there and no hrsh words were used either
