hello dear admin, i got ban for 10 days for reasons GR 3.1 + 3.2 on this form

someone told me becouse i told him ( IC ) "son of bitch" and "mother fucker" , actually idk there is ban for it, and too many people told us that words "mother fucker" and nothing happened.
we was on situation and all words in IC i swear.
i didnt mean his OOC, we was on situation and it was IC.
